Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, please contact us before the item has shipped by:
 • Replying to your order confirmation email

 • Using the Contact form at the top of our website

Include your Order Number. Your order will be canceled and refunded within 24 hours.
Once the refund is processed, it may take 3–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider.
