Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can request a return by emailing us at contact.westrely@gmail.com or by filling out the contact form at the top of the page. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and we will provide you the return address. 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
